Need Help!

Congratulations! First, you're fine on time. In the next month or two try to tackle the vendors who can only do one wedding at a time (photographer, dj/band), then move on to the 'visuals' - florist, your dress, bm dresses - these should be finished by 8-9 mos. before your wedding if you don't want to stress out too much. Then can come invitations, favors, limos and hair/makeup, with tuxes and all the little things (like the card box, bathroom baskets, etc) last. To give you an idea, my wedding is still 9 and a half months away and I have hall, church, photographer, band, my dress, and bm dresses (though those are just picked out, not ordered yet). I will do florists this month, and the rest will wait until fall.

I am frequently panicked when I see how much everyone else on this website has gotten done. Then I realized that those of us who are obsesses enough to be glued to this website (like me, so I'm allowed to say it!!) also are probably obsessed enough to have everything done super early!

Sometimes I feel behind looking at these boards too! We are getting married 7-11-10 and only have the place booked as well! I know tons of people that have beautiful affairs and plan in less than a year so I'm sure we can do it too

Honestly, I would start looking now. A lot of popular vendors book one year in advance. Good luck in your search!
