Need help about BM sorry long

OK here we go so my friends we have been friends since middle school is suppose to be in my wedding, so all the girls ordered the dresses but not her and I got the BM dresses from David's brdal so all the girls have to pay in full then they order the dresses, well that was alittle over a month ago. so two weeks ago I talked to her and told her I would lay the money out for since she was having money problems she tells me ok I get off from work at 5 i will call you and then we will go to the store I wait and no call 2 weeks go by and still no call so I call her se is not home then I call her cell and I leave a message this was Thursday and I said on the message I need to hear from you cause I need the dresses to be ordered by Saturday which is today and she has not returned my call please help what should I do call davids bridal and take her of the BM list or any suggestions?????? SOrry long

Sorry to be so harsh but I would cut her from the BP. She might not be able to afford the dress or maybe doesn't want the responsibility of being a BM. Either way, since she hasn't returned your calls I would try to call her one more time and leave a message that it is too late if she doesn't answer.

Sorry to say, but it sounds like she's trying real hard to avoid you. If you don't hear from her soon I would 'let her go.' If you do hear from her then you should ask her what is up. You deserve an explanation and you deserve to know if she doesn't want to do it or doesn't feel that she can. Give us an update.
