I posted this yesterday and thought I would have a better chance of getting a reply if I changed the subject. Thanks for your help everyone! ---------------------------------------------------------------
Hi! I just registered and am excited!!! I am currently trying to plan a wedding from out of state (FH and I live in Ohio) and am hoping to book a band in the next few weeks.
Has anyone ever used/seen Central Park Orchestra? Any feedback, both positive and negative, would be great.
We are looking for a band that has a horn section (trumpet and trombone), a saxophone and at least two singers who only sing (do not play instruments with the band). Thanks for your help!!!

Re: Need Help Choosing A Band
We used The Projekt. We had 9 people in total. 3 Horns, 3 singers and they were great. I def recommend.
Thanks for the suggestions. Projekt and Code Bleu are already booked for my date. Times Square Orchestra gets very good reviews on here so I will contact them. I wish they had sound clips on their website. Thanks again!

Re: Need Help Choosing A Band
I booked Times Square Orchestra without even hearing them - wellll sorta. They played at my cousin's wedding 3 years ago, and I remembered saying if I ever got married, I wanted them to play -
I live so far out east (Southampton) that I couldn't get to the showcase (Hempstead or something)...so I booked based on reviews, my memory and my cousin saying what a great experience she had with them.
Another '08 bride on here just went to their showcase and booked them. I can't wait!
I booked Paris ... I go to all their showcases just to hear them play and sing I love love love them ...they come from the same company as the projekt (soundcheck entertainment) FM me if you would like their info!
