I have a choice of either doing Hermitage Bay hotel in Antigua which is AI or The House in Barbados which is not AI. Both look beautiful. Only thing is antigua is not direct and barbados is. Need opinions/help. Anyone been here???

Well I am going to Antigua for my HM but have never been there before so I really can't help you there. I am also going to Sandals not that place. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

A former co-worker of mine went to Barbados for his honeymoon and LOVED it in every way shape and form!
I haven't been to Antigua, but I'm totally in favor of direct flights for the honeymoon...you only have X days to enjoy your honeymoon, so why not maximize your time by not having airport lay-overs?

I'm going to Antiqua Sandals for our HM specifically because they have casinos near by.
We went to Barbados on our first vacation together. It is beautiful but not much night life. It was a little to laid back for us. We like to mingle and meet people.
