I was so set on a city wedding, but after checking out what you get for your money...it looks like a no. I am so upset that I had to give up my hold at Tribeca Rooftop. Now my fiance and I are looking at the Royalton Mansion at Rosyln CC. I hate the grounds. Has anyone been to a wedding there? Should I keep on looking? I like everything about it but the outside! AHHH!

Keep looking, but keep in mind, you don't have to take pics outside the RH if you don't want to . . .can choose another location, etc., and the guests will just drive up and go in. My hall's in the middle of a busy area, and when you drive up, it doesn't do the inside or the courtyard justice, which is where the reception will be, so I went for it!!

Keep looking! I was totally set on having a city wedding too - I looked at a ton of city venues even after I booked my RH but with my guest list is just wasn't feasible. There are so many beautiful places on LI - what look are you going for?

Keep looking, you want to love where you are getting married not just settle on something. You can always go to other locations for photos. We are splitting our time at Planting Fields and then the RH for family photos

Keep looking until you get that feeling. Did you try the North Ritz Club? Check there- the place is really pretty and they hold one wedding at a time.
