career. Im currently attending classes for elementary education but i want to switch majors. The chances of getting a job are so slim from what i hear and i want to be able to have a job. What do you all do?

there is always postiotions for nurses...x ray techs...phlebotomist..etc....

sticking in the fireld that kelly was saying.. my cousin does ultra sounds.. not sure if its a tech or what but she was head of the dept in LIJ
the good thing is that now that she had her son she works part time for some doctors so she has a more flexible schedule.

well, I teach secondary ed English(middle school) and if teaching is what you are genuinely interested in, maybe try special ed or secondary ed instead of elelmentary ed...it is a bit easier to find a job...good luck
