Need help finding a OBGYN, anyone go to these doctors?

Iam trying to find a great OBGYN. I prefer a female, its a personnel choice.

I have heard some great things about Dr. Joyce Rubin in Smithtown, Dr. Dana Brenner in Port Jeff and Dr. Ilene Gewirtz in Islip.

Does anyone use any of these 3 doctors and if so can you please let me know your experience with them. Also if you have anymore reccomendations just let me know. Thanks ladies.. Also for the future, I would like this doctor to also deliver my first child....

ETA: I live in Suffolk County...

Hey Steph, I am going to be talking to my SIL b/c I need a good OB/GYN out here, myself. My current one is in Huntington and doesn't practice at Stonybrook, which is where I'd be having my babies when the time comes. My SIL is a Labor & Delivery Nurse at Stonybrook so I will ask her who she recommends and get back to you!

Just an FYI: I used to see Dr. Gewirtz, but she doesn't do obstetrics.

You should try Dr. Travedi in Islip

LOVE Dr. Rubin!!!! She's awesome and I've been going to her for several years. Actually anyone at that practice, Contemporary Womens Care, is great
