Need help finding a venue for small wedding

I am looking for a venue in Suffolk county that doesn't require a min amount of people (we'll have under 100), has a nice outdoor area/grounds (for pics), can do the ceremony and it would be nice but not necessary to be by or on the water and only host 1 wedding at a time.

FH and I don't have a date set in stone, we've been talking about Jan/Feb, April/May and November of 2008.

As far as price of course the cheaper the better but anything that is $100pp with everything included would be best.

Any ideas will help me out a ton!!

I've seen that the Watermill has a room with a 50 person minimum, HTH

Also Larkfield Manor has a beautiful room..The Garden room for 50-60 person minimum.

Did you try Captain Bills? They have a nice room. Also, try the Snapper Inn in Oakdale or the Irish Coffee Pub in E. Islip

I'm biased, but definitely Danfords.

I'm not sure you will find any place that doesn't have a minimum, but for a winter wedding, the Saturday afternoon minimum is 68 people. Its less than that for Fridays and Sundays.

Another nice place that has small rooms and can do the ceremony is Smithtown Landing.

I'm doing mine at the Old Field Club. I HOPE to have less than a hundred. There may be a 100 person min on a Saturday, but other than that I don't think there is. There are two places outside to do a ceremony, and it's on the water in Setauket/Stony Brook.

I agree about The Old Field Club. It sounds perfect for your needs.
