I have been to so many party stores and I can't find them.. What I want to do is make cupcakes and place a diamond ring on the top as decoration. Problem is I can't find plastic diamond rings anywhere.. I have been to so many stores and the party favor aisles. THANKS!

What about a chocolate store that sells baking supplies. Call the chocolate Duck in Farmingdale, I think I have seen them there.
