Need help finding small boxes...

I paid for my BM hair as part of their gift. I am still making them gift bags & want to include the hair dresser's business card in their gift bags. I am looking for small boxes that fit business cards to put in their gift bags. You know, the type you get when you buy jewelry or hair stuff.

Where can I find 9 boxes or any other ideas on how to include the 'up-do' as part of their gift bags?

TIA

What about getting them comestic bags and putting it inside of that. Or buy a brush and tie it to the handle.
If not, try the dollar store for small fold-up boxes. I saw them in Dollar Tree in W. Babylon last week near the wrapping paper.
