Need help for FH's surprise party! TIA

ok so we are just about set...

Fh is TOTALLY fooled!
he thinks we won a contest on LIW that includes dinner at melting pot and a night at the 4 points sheraton- i made him work on this 'contest' and everything!

so i need help with a few things!

1. fh wants to meet me at 4 points sheraton before dinner this way in the morning i can just go home and get ready for the 'family sunday dinner'- i want to pick him up at his house- how do we get around this???

2. okay now at the melting pot (they are in on the whole thing too! love it!)- i need to tell him something bec we need to get to our next stop- 300 in melville where our friends will be waiting.
and saying oh lets go to 300 randomly is not going to work...do we think letting him know half way thru dinner that we didnt win a contest and this is a weekend of suprises will work..

any and ALL help would be great! thanks so much! xo <3

That's a great idea......or tell him that they threw in a couple of free games for your little date night too.

When I threw FH a surprise at a bowling alley, he knew exactly where we were going. He just wasn't expecting all of his friends there too.

my facebook account got susepndedcuz i mass emailed ALL of his friends..some of which i dont know lolll it was a messssssssssss

but he was totally surprised.!!!

sorry if i didnt explain it correctly...

my plan was to go check into the hotel myself earlier (decorate with ballons), go pick up fh and take us to the melting pot and what not....

fh wants to meet me at the hotel and then go to the melting pot- his reasoning is the next morning it will be quicker for me to leave from the hotel to get ready for sunday dinner (ie surpise party #2) as opposed to driving him back to his house and then me going home from there...
i tired to tell him it was fine but i dropped it as to not come off suspicous....

does that make more sense? if he comes with me...#1 he will see me taking otuthe debit card and #2 i cant decorate the room...

Can you go check in and decorate a little earlier and give hima different time to meet you? Like can you tell him to meet you there at 6 but you go yourself at 5?

I was going to say just that...and then if he wants to go up to the room, just tell him the hotel is being a PITA and there was a mix up so your room isn't ready yet...but it'll be ready after dinner

Ask a younger relative(sister, cousin) to call FH when dinner is almost done and have them ask FH if you guys can pick them up @ 300 due to car trouble or their feeling sick ect
