Ok so yesturday FH and i went to drop off a payment at the Jericho terrace. while we were there i wanted to ask a few questions. one of my questions was when can i set up and an appt to come in and do rehersal. he said rehersal is the morning of. Keep in mind girls that i am getting married at 12 noon. so to get ready i am getting up VERY EARLy. i told him already once before this was not acceptable and he said wait untill after the new year. I gave him that. No he is telling me i cant do it during week because they have corporate parties. I am not looking for an hours. just 30 min if that. Am i being unreasonable not wanting to budge on this choice. he expects my girls to come there and do Rehersal without me and then come back to hotel to meet me. NOT GONNA HAPPEN. they are there for me that day to keep me calm and collected. I dont know what else to do. Thanks for letting me vent sorry so long. Has anyone heard of such craziness.

that sounds very unreasonable of them and doesnt make sense to me at all. I would call and speak to someone else!

Yeah my hall said the same thing about my rehearsal they said I would go over it a couple minutes before the actual ceremony. That seemed odd to me, but I'm going to talk to my officiant about doing a mock cereemony at the dinner. You'll work it out.

A mock ceremony sounds like a great idea. Although I would try to talk to th RH once again because to me it seems very unreasonable.

from what I hear about wedding ceremonies at the RH.. they generally do the Rehearsal the day of.. I don't agree with it.. but that's what I heard...
who's your BM?? mine is Chad.. don't tell me that they're not willing to give a stinkin' 1/2 hr??!!! to get your cereomony in order???

We ran in to this problem with East wind. But they allowed me ,since most of my wedding party is from OOT, to have it that Friday afternoon

That seems to be pretty unreasonable. I would first try talking to someone else because it doesn't have to be in the actual room but something similar if that rooom is in use. If that doesn't work I would do a mock rehearsal this way you won't have to worry about that detail the day of the wedding. They are being unreasonable if they can take your money they should be able to accomodate that small request!!

when my sister got married at the RH... we didnt practice at all they pretty much lined us up in order beforehand and went over how to walk and told us when to go down...
