Need help getting from the city to L.I.!!!

I live in FL. Getting married on Lond Island this weekend. My mom, BM & 3 others are staying at the Hilton Times Square tomorrow night and we need to get to Bohemia Thursday once we check out. Should we take a train? If so, which one LIRR? If yes, then from where? Grand Central or Penn Station? HELP! Tell me what to do!!!!! I just envision us carrying all this luggage from Manhattan through the train station, not knowing W T F we're doing. Someone please tell me the best way to get from Times Square to Bohemia. Thanks

Take the LIRR from Penn. Penn is on 34th and 7th. visit www.lirr.org for train times.

If you're in times square, you could take the 1,2,3 subways to Penn Station - 34th Street and 7th avenue. Then take the LIRR. Bohemia does not have its own train station I believe; pretty sure Oakdale is the closest one. So take the LIRR to Oakdale and then just take a cab from the train station to wherever you need to go. It's the only way to get anywhere unless it's walkable.

Of course ask the hotel for help too! Which subway or to hail you a cab to penn station. that's what they are for.

Definetely talk to the hotel, they might be able to provide a shuttle from one of the stations, depending on which hotel and where they are located.

I'm actually thinking Ronkonkoma might be the best bet for you since its one of the main lines. Unfortunately the trains only come once an hour on the weekend. But you should probably should check the schedules (just in case) for Oakdales schedule.

At ronkonkoma you'll be able to get a cab but again call the hotel first!!!
