need help looking for venues

so wedding planning has been incredibly difficult especially with 300+ guests in the mix. trying to keep things reasonable, what are some suggestions that you would have for venues reasonable priced (~100pp) with nice outdoor facilities

ideally we would like to get married in the spring time

If you are having your wedding prior to May you can find a venue in that budget. We looked at Venetian Yacht Club, Bridgeview Yacht Club and Timber Point. All of them have outdoor spaces. VYC and BYC can definitely hold that many people, but I'm not sure about Timber Point.

Stonebridge holds 300 but if you are having more than you wouldn't fit . I visited timberpont last week and based on the size if the room it couldn't hold 300.

Flowerfield also accommodates. It won't fit into that 100pp (especially if thats including tax and tip), but you could probably get around $140pp ++ in the winter/ off months- maybe less! :)

Try East Wind, they have larger rooms and seem to be reasonably priced especially if you choose a Friday or Sunday night or Saturday day. The grounds are gorgeous too :)

the milleridge cottage ballroom is large enough for a guest list your size and is around your price range! It's also one wedding at a time :)

Other places I'd check out for that large of a group would be larkfield manor and giorgio's.. not sure what their pricing is like

I really loved the Inn at NHP, but it was over $200pp! I also thought the dancefloor was so awkward.. my FH and i stood on the wood dancefloor (it's like a tiny wood square) and we estimated around 40-50 people would fit on it, and then a bunch of people would probably get pushed to dance on the side of the dancefloor and would end up dancing on the carpet next to someone's table lol.. that cocktail hour room is like amazing though and the bridal suite is an entire floor!

Russo's is HUGE but also very high in the per plate price.. i think she wanted to stay around $100pp

I actually got a really great deal at the Fox Hollow in Woodbury and I am so happy with everything thus far. We are paying 67++ PP which is the best proce that I found. The way that FH and I were able to save was first by booking a Friday night wedding ( much cheaper!) and also by choosing a date in March. The off season when dates are cheaper runs from December-March at most venues, so we grabbed the last Friday in March and we have our fingers crossed for decent weather! Best of luck on your venue hunt!
