Need Help on ideas for my Bach Party

Okay here is the deal I am getting 2 Bach parties. One is Kareokee night with a bunch of friends out in Nassau and the other night is for friends I have in Suffolk. What clubs are good?? What would be a good thing to do that night without going into the city???

Parties are next weekend
