Need Help w/ Questions for potential hire

My company has narrowed their search down to 2 people. I would work directly with this person (they are a little more experienced than I am). My manager would like me to talk with them.

What kinds of questions should I ask? I don't want it to be too interview like - just a sort of want to see what kind of person they are and if we jive.

What are the best and worst traits of you your personality?

Tell me about a situation when you had to work in a team? Were you ever in a situation when your team didn't work out well and how did you handle it?

What are some of the career attributes that you admire (i.e. hardworking, smart, quick learner, etc)?

I think you may need to ask some 'interviewy' questions to bring out a personality a bit.
