I need to get a gift for my DH frind. We are going to his b'day party on Saturday, and when DH asked him what he wanted the guy said:'A pinky ring!'
So, since Dh works in a Sh**t hole deep in Long Island and I am in the city, it's my responsibility to get the **** pinky ring! So, the question is, where the he l l does one get an inexpencive silver pinky ring! I was thinking of those street vendors who sell silver jewelry? Where would be a good place to find then?

You definately need the right size.. if you want to go for a ride one day check out the Attias flea market in sayville.. you could oprobably pick up a few reaaally cheap... I dont knwo anywhere in the city though.. Make your husband pick it up... you should suggest just bringing over a bottle of wine.

There is a bunch of silver street vendors around chinatown or some on bleeker street... Also, sometimes there are some on broadway, near houston, and also by NYU..
The plus side is most of them are open late, so you can go after work...

There is an outside market next to Tower Records on Broadway and West 4th. They sell lots of silver jewelry.

Unfortunatelly, he wasn't kidding! The guy is only 22, and even thought he really is a nice guy, he is not very mature. I can totally see him wearing a pinky ring! Oy!
do you guys know if there are silver vendors somewhere midtown, which is where I work? or do I have to go downtown, like you all suggested?

Anya, what about trying H&M? I have seen men's ring's there, not sure if for pinky's.
There is also Ricky's on 5th and 46th or so, and they may have something...
