Um, I love my Gateway!!! Had it for over a year and haven't had one problem with it.

Dells are great, and provide good customer service too.

I have 2 Dells compueters, my home desktop and a laptop. Both were purchased online and their service has been great so far. I purchase them both 2 years ago. Absolutely love my computers.

Personally I have a mac, but I am buying FH a Dell once we move. I have heard much MUCH better reviews about Dell than Gateway. We had Gateway at our office & we had lots of trouble with them, especially when we had 'warranty issues.'
