Need help with ceremony...........

This is my second wddding. I have a son (3) from my first marriage and FI has two sons (6 and 9) from his previous marriage. We want to incorporate them in our wedding ceremony. It was suggested that we have a 'medalion ceremony' where FI and I would give gifts to the children. For girls this is easy because you can give them pendents or lockets but what can we give to our boys??

Or, if anyone has any other suggestions on how to include them that would be great!!
