need help with flowers!!!

I just picked out my bridesmaid's dresses. They are a blueish color-its called cornflower from mori lee. Now i'm not sure what kind of flowers to pick out, since i thought that i was going to go with lavender, and use sterling roses. Do you think they still go, or should i pick something else. Maybe a multi-colored bo-k? help!!!!

How about blue hydrangeas with ivory or yellow toned roses?

Hydrangeas require lots of water and are not ideal for bouquets. My co-worker used them for her wedding a couple of weeks ago and the bridal party had to toss them before they were announced into the reception because of the wilting. When I mentioned this to my florist (not the same florsit she used), he said that her florist never should've used hydrangeas in bouquets because they require a lot of water.

florists opinions will differ with regard to this.
there are two ways in which this can be avoided - if the proper precautions are taken 1) putting the hydranges in a mini water well and then tied high in the base 2) the stems are wet wrapped, wilting can be avoided.

I know MANY brides who have used hydrangeas in their bouquets and had intact hydrangeas by the end of the day...even days after..

Hello,
My Bm's are wearing corn flower blue too. I also think they are by mori Lee as well. I Forgot
Anyway, I am using yellow roses with blue accent flowers. I did not pick them out yet. I just know that I want yellow with some blue. I am sure your florist will be able to lead you in the right direction.
Good luck
