Keep in mind: -------------------- -were serving filet mingnon at dinner -men dont like crepes -carving stations irk me a little with the red lights -fh not a crepe fan- he thinks they are breakfasty

I know people who would eat three entrees of filet if they were able too, so I think it is fine to have at the CH. Plus, people who aren't having it as an entree get to have some that way.

I hate seeing a big dead hunk of animal at carving stations, I eliminated mine, so I vote for the crepes. My fiance likes them, so I wouldn't say that all men don't like crepes. They also seem more exotic and classy.

I'd either do the crab & chicken crepes or the turkey and port carving..
I honestly don't like carving stations much either, but I figured most people do...so I am ONLY doing sirloin steak...

we did the carving with flank steak and the turket... i dont think the filet was a choice for us... but we are also serving that at dinner as a choice... HTH!

I voted for the carving station without the filet. FH wouldn't eat the crepes, he's consider it a pancake and that's only for breakfast so I see what you're saying.

I asked FH his opinion as I coudn't decide.....he was like 'what are crepes, are they pancakes??'...then he voted for a carving station....
