My ceremony is at 2:00 in Glen cove. I will be in Garden city with the girls.. My FI, his family and the guys will be in glen cove (10 min. from the church.) The situation...i Want my photographer to take pics of everyone at my FI house. But if they came to me first we would all have to be ready by 10:30, take pics until 12:00 and then hang around for almost 2 hours. (which i rather not do!) What do you think if i have the Photographer go to the guys first and then come to me? It is not like the guys are having hair and make up done. So they have to wake up a little earlier. but that also means the photographer is going from franklin square to glen cove, to garden city, and back to glen cove. OPnions anyone. Thanks

Re: need help with photo situation...sorry long...
We have the same problem but with less time to work with. The earliest time I think we can have church is 10:30am and the CH starts at 12:30 20min. Away. That doesn't leave much time to take pics at the church or before the CH so we don't have to be bothered during. I think if you have to be ready alittle earlier your better off. Im checking with the hall to see if we can come before church to take pics there(the guys first and once they leave me and the girls)this way we only have the pics of us before the CH.

I think those places are all close enough that it will be ok-yes make the guys get ready first!

Can your photographer send his assistant to the guys? Are you having two photographers? The answer is probably no, and if so, I agree and think it's OK to have them go to the guys (close enough) and wake them up a bit early. Your wedding only happens that one day darn it!
