welcome and congrats! i know def Fox Hollow falls within that range... the Inn @ NHP will be over your budget, although i will say it is gorgeous there and its probably one of the best wedding halls i've been to... but i believe my sister paid 130pp for a friday night in december at their pre-construction price (while they were renovating). You could probably get more flexibility with the price as long as you are flexible with the time of day or day of week. for instance, i was able to have a june wedding at a reasonable price by having my reception on a saturday afternoon. good luck!!!

Thanks! I will keep those places in mind. I'd hate to go to a place and fall in love with it, then find out it's completely out of my range. Yet I'm sure it'll happen.. thanks again =)

Re: Need help with reception halls

We are inviting about 150 so I'm guessing we will have about 125ish?

Of those listed Westbury Manor, Majestic Gardens and Fox Hollow should fall in that price range.

My advice look at the halls you want to. If you fall in love with one of them, try to negotiate with them and see what happens. You never know!

Re: Need help with reception halls

Another thing to consider is the minimum # of guest the hall will ask you to guarantee.
I am in the same boat as you expecting to end up around 125- I found places wanted me to guarantee 150+ for a Saturday night.
Places that do only one wedding at a time may want a bigger guarantee than the places that have mulitple weddings go on at once.
Good Luck!

In that price range would be

Fox Hollow
Majestic Gardens
Crest Hollow
Captain Bills
Bridgeview (possibly)
Westbury Manor

Thanks for all the responses. I think I may still look into all the places that I really like and see what they can work out for me (my budget is a little flexible). But thanks for all the suggestions!

Hi ladies!
I just got engaged on Christmas Eve and am super excited to finally be able to join the forum!!! I've been lurking around for awhile and have gotten a lot of useful information from everyone!

My fiance and I will be starting to look at RH in the next few weeks so I;m starting to compile a list of places to look at. I wanted to see if anyone has recently received price quotes from any places, this way I can scratch them from my list if they are out of our budget. Or if anyone knows of any great places between $80-$100 per person
We are looking to do a May or October 2011 wedding.

Here's some place I have in mind:
DeSeversky
Bourne Mansion
Vanderbilt
Inn at New Hyde Park
North Ritz Club
Westbury Manor
Westbury Gardens
Flowerfield
Planting Fields
Woodlands
Old Field Club
Majestic Gardens
Fox Hollow

Thanks in advance for all your help.. I'm looking forward to all the planning that lies ahead

I'd say that you can probably find your price range at Westbury Manor, Majestic Gardens, and Fox Hollow. Also look into Chateau La Mer & Sunset Harbour. I'm not sure about the other ones that you listed.
