Need Help with this one..

My sister wants to do bachorlette party invites but she doesn't know how to word it that she wants money for the limo by a certain date. The more people we have the less it will be. I always thought the limo was paid by the BP but now since we are short there isn't much of a bridal party.

Any suggestions how she can word it? She wants to make sure the limo is paid up front in an advance.

Please help her!!

Hmmmm..I think it might be best to tell each person verbally...like call and say hey....were gonna need to $$ by august 20th bc blah blah.....

Or at least give them the option to either pay for the limo or opt out and get there themselves.

I know it's a tough one...she wants to put it in the invite but doesn't know how to word it! I feel if she puts it in there it will turn everyone away...I think she should find out who is coming first and then tell them!!
