Can you ladies help me with the times? I orignially wanted to have the ceremony at 3:30, and the cocktail hour at 5:30...(leaving about 1hr or a little more for pics). Sunset that day is at 6:20, and my photographer asked if I could do a 2:00 or 2:30 ceremony...3:00 at the latest...to give us more time for pics. Can I still do a 5:30 cocktail hour?
Also...we are going to arrange for shuttles to pick the guests up from the hotels and take them to the reception...if you were a guest would you mind driving to the church, then bakc to the hotel and waiting for the shuttle? Or is that more of an inconvience? HELP? I think I'm thinking too much...

Re: Need help with times...
I wouldn't mind... alot of people have like a 2 hr gap or more between the two. My question is did you have the invitations printed yet? Cause that might be a problem if you are changing the time... Anyway the guests will get to go change into something more partyish if they want to.

we are having a 2:30 ceremony, due to church schedule and then our CH starts at 6:30
but most our guests are OOT so they can go check into hotel and relax for a bit and my mom will have her room open for a hospitality room for anyone who doesnt have a room

Sure you can do that! As long as guests have known and will ONLY know one time, it won't be a problem. Definitely decide before you send anything out!
