Need help with venues, for my sister

So my sister just got that ring and now she is starting to look for locations. She isn't really a message board type of person so i'm asking you girls for her....
She wants an old school, rustic venue. Also prefers it to be AT an inn or hotel. She really liked the Olde Mill Inn in NJ, but my best friend is getting married there in Nov so I dont think she wants the same place.
Her guest list hopes to be around 200 people and she wants 'an outdoor ceremony with indoor option and indoor room'.
Any ideas?
