Who 'won' during the anniversary dance? I don't think they were technically the longest married couple there but the other couple didn't get up to dance for some reason. They were still married 45 years and I would like to put a little something about it in their TY card but I don't know how to word it.

Thank you so much for joining us to celebrate our wedding and for the very generous gift. We will be using it to decorate our new home. I also want to thank you most especially for gracing the floor during the anniversary dance. Seeing the two of you dancing to celebrate such a long and happy marriage proved to be a great inspiration to us and all of the couples in attendance. We hope and pray that we will be as fortunate. You could put something as simple as 'Thank you for being an inspiration to us as newlyweds and congrats again for receiving the bo-k.'
But Mary's is so much nicer!
