For my cousin's bridal shower, which is this weekend, twelve of us will be putting together baskets for each month in the year with different items pertaining to that month. For example, whoever got December would obviously put together a Christmas basket with ornaments, etc. The person who got August is doing a BBQ basket with different BBQ supplies, outdoor dishes and cups, picnic tablecloth, etc.
I GOT MARCH and I'm not sure what the main theme should be. Of course, i'll try to find some St. Patrick's day decorations (if I can), but what else... Maybe a spring cleaning basket? If so, any ideas about what should go in there?
You guys are so creative! Any other (better) ideas?
Anyone know where I can find St Paddy's day decorations in July??

...all good ideas, but this is tough bc April is doing all the Easter stuff and May is doing all the seed, planting, and gardening stuff... so i can't incorporate those things {{{sigh}}}

What about March Madness?? You can get some decorations from their colleges or a favorite college team. Maybe put together a tailgating kit? Just an out of the box thought....

Do they have anything that they celebrate in March? Maybe a birthday, anniversary or celebration? If so, you could incorporate that.
Also, March is women's history month, so you could put together a basked of femine items to pay homage to being a woman!

Hmmm... great idea, but i don't think they have anything special in March.... except, of course, my wedding but I don't think i'll put that in there (as much as i'd like to)

How about spring desserts or/and recipes or a cookie basket for all seasons-you could include all types of cookie cutters (include a shamrock cookie cutter, flower cookie cutter, holiday ones etc!), a cookie recipe book, baking pans, rolling pin, boxes of sugar cookie mixes, cookie decorations and icing tubes, etc!
