My FG is my niece and she will only be one and a half at the time of our wedding. I don't know what to get her! She got a locket I think for her christening, and as my mom pointed out, any necklace I could get her would not really fit in a few years - and I do want to get her something she can have and cherish for years. She hates bracelets, takes them off immediately. She does not have her ears pierced. I am not planning on getting her anything for her to wear that day, but something she can have as a keepsake ... but nothing from Things Remembered -- something usable, not a trinket. Anyone have any ideas??? She has an embroidered tote bag, too.

How about a personalized piggy bank.... I got both of my nieces that for their christening along with some money for their bank accounts. But kids love putting coins into those things and its something she will have for a looong time. On the piggys butt you can write, love aunt ...

Is she a princess girl? Maybe a little tiara she can put in her hair... and then a doll or stuffed animal dressed as a flower girl (I'm getting mine the American Girl flower girl outfit but she's 6)

They actually have a few at things remembered (not as trinket-y as I thought) but they are small. Any ideas on where I could get something like this?
