Went to look at an apartment on Union Ave. today. Not thrilled with the apartment but the kids will go to excellent schools compared to where we are. Can anyone tell me about the area of Union and I think it's Maple? Can you tell me what gas and electric run in the area? Need help because if the area is safe I need to give landlord a deposit to move in in July. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks

not sure about the streets you are talking about - but an agent told us to steer clear of the 'lake area' I dont know where that is, but he mentioned that there is welfare housing there - so you have to be careful.
