Need inspiration

Hey girls - I was thinking, since I need inspiration and motivation - how about all of you that have been successful in your weight loss post before and after pics of yourselves and then tell us how you did it! I need to see real life people and their results - I know you girls are out there!!!

i feel weird posting pictures of myself since nobody else has! But I just wanted to give you some support and encouragement! I am very interested in fitness and nutrition...if you have any questions, need ideas or help, please feel free to FM!
