Need lipstick advice

Need lipstick advice

I need a lipstick, not too expensive, that will last most of the day and NOT dry out my lips. Any suggestions?????

I have the worst lips for lipstick. They either make my lips too dry or come off after 5 minutes. I tried an all day lipstick, once, many years ago, and it dried out my lips.

Any suggestions for an all day lipstick with some moisture or gloss would be greatly appreciated.

I would ask the girl who is doing your make up. I bought lipstick from the girl doing mine and I love it and hardly have to retouch it throughout the day

Have you tried any of the lipstains by covergirl, NYC or Maybelline (I think) at the drugstore? It's like a felt tip marker.. and you barely feel the color after it's on. You can always put gloss or balm over it and it lasts a loooong time. Since it's not wax based it won't rub off, even if you kiss FH. Try it. They're cheap enough that even if you don't like it, you haven't lost much.

This page tells you about the Cover Girl product and has a bunch of reviews

What about a lip stain those might work better they tint you lips with stain. I tried one it worked well but then I lost it. Several companies make them and they arent really expensive then you can apply lip gloss on top of it if you need it

Thank you ladies.....

When the makeup girl did my trial, I forgot to ask about the lipstick and she also didn't say anything. I may just buy my own and have her use it.

I'll check the stain ones... THX again!

try using a lip stain. I use sephora's lush flush lip & cheek stain and I love it! When I moisturize my face, I always put some on my lips, then pat dry. Then I put on the stain, and some clear gloss and I'm good to go. Doesn't fade, or smear.
