Need Menu Help

Ladies,

I'm having a holiday party this Saturday and need some menu help....

about 22 people are coming

This is what I have so far...

crudite
cheese & crackers
assorted dips & chips
Italian antipasta
mini eggrolls, quiches, etc.

roast turkey (I have a 20 pounder) with gravy
stuffing
baked ziti
salad with dressing....

is that enough?

It sounds like enough but I thought of some more -

breadsticks or rolls with dinner
maybe some heartier dips too - spinach/crab/artichoke/sun dried tomato etc.

What about veggies with dinner? corn/broccoli, etc

And what about dessert? Maybe your guests can bring?

Your menu sounds delish and it's making me hungry

should I make candied carrots?

I will def. put out bread.. was thinking of having brushetta too....

Mmm, candied carrots would be good.

I like the bruschetta but I would think of that more as an appetizer.
To save yourself some prep work - have you tried that can yet of diced tomatoes? You just have to add your own little touch but I used it on chicken cutlets and it was very good. They recommend it for bruschetta.

cranberry sauce and maybe a green vegetable ( LOL I sound like my grandmother....'green vegetable'!)

Yeah, I would just add a vegetable - like a green bean casserole
