I tried on this dress in Bloomingdales and there was a stain on one and the other had a pull (plus I probably could have used 1 size smaller. I can't find it elsewhere and it was just so flattering on.
Can anyone help me find it or a similar?

Did you see if Bloomingdale could order a new one? Do they have it in another store? Did you contact the manufacturer to see who carries that dress?

I am going to help you look for that one but here is something sort of similar I came across Neiman Marcus
bloomys does not have it on their site. but I sent them an email to see. Nordstrom said that they were out of stock. I can't find a website for Mary L, to contact them directly.

Paloma Blanca, the designer who makes my dresss has a lot of dresses with the ruching on them, perhaps you mightwant to check out some of her dresses. www.palomablanca.com. i got mine at lillette's, and i know bridal relfections also carries her designs.

They are gorgeous, but I preferr a little less formal and no long train.

Who is the designer? You can look on the designer's website and found out what other stores sell it.
