Need opinion on a favor...

What do you think of this favor? I think its so cute... its a pair of pear candles...LOL

i think theyre adorable!!! dont worry about FFIL.. if it wins the approval on LIW, its a hit... thats all that matter

Thanks everyone! I am putting my foot down... Pear Candles it will be!!! I'm so excited! FH actually likes them so it will be his responsibility to make them understand.

Now if only our families would give us the lists we have been asking for since we got engaged in Jan so we could figure out how many favors/invites we need to order.

BTW... they aren't scented - that would make them too perfect

ETS: Oh - I meant to say that I fell in love with the whole 'perfect pair/pear' thing a while back and when I saw these my heart just melted - it was almost like the feeling I had when I tried on my gown and knew it was IT

Thank you! I started this with my web page on The Knot when I first got engaged because I thought it was cute. I love anything with a play on words. But now its turning into a THEME and I love it. I'll hopefully be ordering these some time this week.

BTW.... FFIL says they like them but - they prefer a more traditional favor that has our names in/on it - UGH! Whatever.... They will be fine with whatever we get.

but you'll have the ribbon like in the picture with your names on it or like a favor tag anyways!!

i really love it...i was all about the pefect pear thing, but ray didn't like the salt and pepper shakers so much! they're so much smaller in person! the candles though...that'a a great idea!

If your FFIL want something with your name on it, why not get a book of matches to go along with the candles with your names, wedding date and the words 'A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN' on it.

My cousin did the 'Perfect Pair' candles and the book of matches... it was really cute!!
