Need opinions for a small trip

We are going to the Cayman Islands for our honeymoon but we get back on a Tuesday night and have off until the following Monday. We were thinking of going to the city for a night or two, or to Pinegrove Ranch (upstate) or Ceasars Poconos... They all seem so expensive- I know its our honeymoon but... Does anyone have any cheaper ideas? Thank you!!

Need opinions for a small trip

When's the wedding? If you want relaxing and inexpensive you can go to a bed and breakfast at the shore (Springlake) or to lancaster PA to relax. The towns are so pretty and you can do things like make pretzels and tour the chocolate factory. Everyone are so friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. You can also go to newport RI. Just some ideas. Call a Travel agent and ask what is available. Weekday rates are almost always so inexpensive. If you have the AAA I would recommend you call them they have some great packages. Need opinions for a small trip

What dates are you looking at for your small trip? Just an idea, but my fiancee and I spent a few delicious days and nights in a one bedroom suite on the beach at Amagansett during the off-season (something like $135/night). It was WONDERFUL. We felt so isolated yet conveniently close to home. This kind of a trip might be a nice way to ease out of your honeymoon and into married life.
