Need Opinions on house bidding...

Here's the scoop, we bid on a house BUT we have to wait to sell our property (co-op) the homeowner has 2 more bids in SO I don't know if he is going to wait for us, do you think there is anything we could do to sway the homeowner to choose us? I do believe dollar wise we are above the other bids, we just do NOT want to loose out on this house, but do not have all the $$ until we sell ours

you can get a bridge loan. What that is, is the bank lends you money to buy a house while your house is being sold. Check with your mortgage person or bank on how to handle this.

i have done this before write a letter to the homeowner and tell them how much you want the house etc...... and have you agent/broker give it the homeowner
