Need Opinions on where to go for the Thanksgiving Holiday because...

We want to be together (not be with one of our families that day). We want to get away, is their an inexpesive get-a-way that you know of? A Disney vacation is averaging at about $3,000 - that's too much. I'm going to do some searching on the net on Las Vegas - I would love your opinions on where to go in the mean time.

FH and I are planning on going skiing in the Poconos for Thanksgiving. We have lift tickets that will expire at the end of December if we don't use them, so this will be a perfect opportunity to use them and for FH and I to get away and spend some alone time before the major holiday rush and the up and coming wedding rush.

We are going to Vegas for 3 days the weekend before Thanksgiving and it is costing us $1200. with airfare and a suite overlooking the fountain at Bellagio.

I love love love Vegas!

We are going to Jamaica and its all inclusive for 2k. It 5 days 4 nights

How about something local, like Montauk?? It's beautiful out there, even in the cold weather. If your interested, I know of a really great place, right on the ocean with a fireplace, beautiful. Alittle pricey, but so romantic and WELL under $3,000
