What do you girls think of this BM dress? My girls all love it and I think it will look good on all of them...but for some reason I keep thinking of 80's prom.... It's from cache and it's a good price... You can't really see the top but the cowl neck, beading underneath and cap sleeves match my dress. opinions...??

I like it but I do see where you're getting the prom thing from. Is that the color?
ETA: Have any of the girls tried it on, how does it look? Maybe it doesn't look prom-ish in real life.

yes it would be in black. I was going to try and have bright flowers..maybe yellows and then have the guys wear yellow ties??

Ok, I think Black will keep it out of the 80s!! As long as it's not going to be a bright color I think you're safe. I was thinking yellow flowers with it too, good choice!!

It's really pretty! I think the way the girl is modeling it makes it look 80's promish. It probably won't look like that on real girls.

not to date myself , but everyone wore floor length satin gowns that were lacy, shiny, and either strapless, or (gasp!) poofy-sleeved
It definitely does NOT scream 80's prom dress.... it's very pretty...
However, if you would like several genuine promgowns, I can make arrangements to loan them to you

I really like it! its very nice. I didn't think 80's prom when I saw it. it doesnt have poofy sleeves!

Pretty dress... but you just cannot tell from the pictures. Definitely go and have the girls try it on!
