I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I'm sure he would want you to enjoy this happy time in your life because he knows you will be there for him as soon as you return and every day after that. Many to you and your family.

dont feel guilty your dad is soooo happy for you and looking forward to the wedding day, him and you enjoying it will give him all the reason to get better. Be happy he will be there with you that day and enjoy the whole epeience some people dont have their dads to dancewith at all on thir weding day

You have waited a long time for this. If your father is anything like mine, he won't want you worrying about him.

Try to find it within yourself to put this aside for one day - you deserve this.

You could be surprised and find that your father feels better on dialysis. My family was all upset a few months ago when my dad went on insulin injections -- it turned out to be a good thing. With his diabetes under control, he is feeling better than he has in a long time.
