Need Prayers---Lots! UPDATE:(
Although I do not know her personally, I heard 3 years ago, about a girl who was abducted from her lifeguard stand at a beach that is not THAT far from where we are in Rhode Island. Her name is Molly Bish---she was a spunky, carefree 16 year old. She has been missing almost 3 years now---well, last night they broke on the news that they think they may have found her bathing suit....well, one that matches the one she was last seen wearing...of course it is now being DNA tested...There is no confirmation as of yet that it is definitely hers...She was also featured on an AMericas Most Wanted story hen this broke,....this has been in my mind since it happened...it hurts to see her family pleading for her safe return, for ANY return, any clue that will lead them to their daughter..and its so close to home...I feel pain for these people...they have been living a nightmare. So please, say a prayer for her and her family...nobody knows if she is still alive, sadly, most are thinking if it IS her bathing suit, then there are slim chances she is alive...but they found Elizabeth Smart....these things CAN happen,,,so check out the website if you want, but be sure to say a prayer..for her return...and info on the B***ARD who did this!!!!!
Thanks Girls!

Bones belong to missing Mass. lifeguard
06/09/2003
The Associated Press
Posted 5:20 p.m.
WARREN, Mass. -- Bones found in the woods in Palmer have been identified as belonging to teenage lifeguard Molly Ann Bish, who disappeared nearly three years ago from her post at a rural pond, authorities said today.
Worcester County District Attorney John Conte said that among the many bones found in recent weeks scattered in the woods were teeth, which were key to identifying the remains as Bish, a 16-year-old girl who vanished from Comins Pond in Warren.
'We have been able to identify the remains as those of Molly,' Conte said at an afternoon news conference on the Warren Common.
The search for the teenager had intensified in recent weeks after a hunter stepped forward to say he'd found a bathing suit deep in some nearby woods resembling the one Bish was wearing when she vanished.
In the ensuing weeks, searchers intensified their review of the woods near the Quabog River, where a woman fishing founding a ponytail holder with human hair clinging to it. Then, each day, searchers uncovered human bones scattered about -- parts of an arm and thigh, then vertebrae and teeth -- the definitive evidence that Bish had met a disastrous end.
Bish was apparently abducted June 27, 2000 -- minutes after her mother dropped her off to work at Comins Pond in Warren, about 70 miles west of Boston. A water bottle, her lunch, a police radio and an empty chair were the only traces she left behind.
The morning she disappeared she did not use the two-way radio to check in with police, as she had done routinely since she started the job two weeks earlier.
In the days following Molly's disappearance, hundreds of searchers on foot, horseback and all-terrain vehicles combed the area around the pond. Dozens of divers repeatedly searched the water.
Her disappearance was featured on the television shows Unsolved Mysteries and America's Most Wanted.
In Warren, a rural town of about 4,550 in central Massachusetts, everyone knows just about everyone else. Those who know Bish -- a popular athlete, heading into her senior year and hoping to attend college -- say she wasn't the type to run away. People were stunned by her disappearance, afraid the only explanation could be abduction.
Rumors of Molly's whereabouts popped up occasionally. Detectives checked in Florida after learning a friend of Molly's had recently moved there. They later checked a report that Molly was in Maine. Both tips proved fruitless.
Dozens of people have been interviewed and rewards of up to $100,000 have been offered, but there were no breaks in the case until the discovery of the swimsuit. The hunter who found it first saw it months ago,but said he did not report it because it did not occur to him that a lifeguard would wear a blue suit. He expected a lifeguard to wear an orange or red suit.
The day before her daughter disappeared, Magi Bish had worried about a man in a white car smoking a cigarette and sitting in the beach parking area for no apparent reason.
She dropped off her daughter but stayed until the white car left.
Investigators publicized a composite drawing of that heavyset man with a mustache, viewing him as one possible suspect. And they impounded and searched at least one white car. But the leads, like so many others, proved to be dead ends, the parents said.
In a strange twist, when Molly Bish was 10, she sent a letter to the family of Holly Piirainen -- a 10-year-old girl who vanished in 1993 from a country road by her grandmother's cottage in Sturbridge- - expressing sadness at the girl's disappearance. Piirainen's body was recovered, but her murder remains unsolved.

Yeah, I am glad they can have their closure finally...but it really bothers me...if they did sucha thorough search, how come they all of a sudden find all her bones? I think the PD dropped the ball on this one...its so sad to me...Iknew in the back of my head she was no longer alive, but once Elizabeth Smart was found, I got a glimmer of hope...
