Need Rabbi recs - long

Need Rabbi recs - long

So me and Fi decided that we want vows as part of our ceremony. Our (conservative) rabbi refuses to do them or to let the cantor do them, and basically, very nicely I might add, volunteered to let the cantor do the ceremony by herself and bow out gracefully.

Which we're fine with. the cantor is my FMIL's best friend, and very cool, and is the one who suggested vows to us. but FMIL really wants us to have a rabbi. And not someone who does weddings exclusively - she wants us to have a 'real' rabbi, someone respected with a pulpit or some such (my FMIL is a reform Jewish educator, but has very specific ideas about Judaism). And the ketubah that was ordered has a space for a 'rabbi' to sign, not a cantor.

So I'm asking for any suggestions as to a rabbi who is open-minded and respected and may be free on May 30th. Just to check out possibilties before we decide to just go with the cantor.

I am using Rabbi Renee Feller, I think she is wonderful and I have been to another wedding she officiated.

Did you try and call maybe Hebrew Union College in the city??
My rabbi is my friend but she doesn't do weddings for people she doesn't know - she has a baby and doesn't have time between the temple - I can ask her if she knows anyone if you like - Reform??
