Does anyone know if there's a reception hall that will cater to a wedding party doing just the ceremony and cocktail hour?
A friend wants to plan her wedding and would like to have a reception at another ethnic location. Thanks!

I've heard of places doing this on off-times. She might need to be flexible on days and times.

We were looking for the same thing & we did find some places that would do that.. Depends on where, when & how much you want to spend. We looked at mansions, OLG, most places that have more than one room will probably do it.
