The Montauk Manor is great. Its still off season so you may still be able to get a good deal.

montauk manor...we got a little condo for a couple of days for like 150 a night off season with a kitchen and upstairs. loved it! plus, my mom lives in montauk so i knew my way around and where to go, not like it is a big town, but still.
