Need recommendations: Nice parks or place

Hey- My friend is looking to have her daughter's 1-year old birthday party in a nice park or place where we can bbq and have simple games (that we will bring) for the kids.

We are all in Queens- so Nassau is preferred- thanks!

Eisenhower Park!!

We are having our company picnic there in July and they have BBQs right there in some of the spots.
You have to reserve them and have a park pass though

Woodmere Park & Jones beach. Rent one of those mushrooms

Also, you can rent out the shell at the Queens County Farm. They have a petting zoo as well

There's also flushing meadow park. If you go by the carousel..that would be fun for the kids! and there's a petting zoo and regular zoo.

That's actually Cunningham Park. Alley Pond is off of Springfield Blvd. They are very close to each other. Alley Pond is a great park!
