Need SERIOUS Limo HELP!!!!

FH and I cannot for the lives of us figure out what to do as far as how many and what limos we need. Here's the scenario:

Our church starts at 11am
Our reception starts at 1pm

Do i just need a car for my parents and I to go to the church in and a big limo for the bridal party? But then how do I fit the wedding party, their dates, my parents, and FH and I on the way back home from the reception??? I'm SOOOOOOOOO confused!!

Ditto.. I need serious help too!! Anyone please recommend their limo companies? I would need for the day after (June 1)!

this is what we're doing

im going in one car with my parents

bridesmaids are going in the partybus, the groomsmen and FH are walking as per fh's request since he lives 2 blocks away and thinks the pics will be great,otherwise they had room for the bus to pick them up too.

But after the ceremony our parents will go in the rolls royce i came in to the church with my parents and fh and i are going with the bp

thanks for the idea....but i kinda feel bad making them find rides home after theyve been drinking for 5 hours?!?! So then that screws me because then i have to pay for a limo for that much longer....

FYI-when you book limo's its for 3 hours and then anything additional is extra every hour...the limos dont come at the end of the night, youre going to have to request this...our limo company is having 1 limo(and it wont be any of the ones we booked) coming after the reception to get us if we need it, but it wont be a big limo.

Here is what we did, maybe it would help.

We picked the lead car for us and only us.
FH parentsand grandparents are being picked up by a limo first because I live 2 blocks from church, then the same limo once it dropped of the FILs, will pick up my mom and grandparents.
The Bridal Party has another limo which is picking up the guys first with FH and then picking up the girls- there significant others are meeting them at the RH so this will be there way home.

You and your fiance should discuss costs involved etc. Do your homeowrk and contact as many companies as possible.

Unless you are having some kind of afterparty for your bridal party there is no need for you to provide them with a limo from the party. Arrangements should be made by them to drop off vehicles, etc at the reception facility or they should make arrangements to find their own way home.

so what do u think of this:

1 escalade limo for the wedding party and FH to church

1 lincoln limo for my parents and I to the church

on the way to the reception....FH and I will hop into the escalade and my parents and his parents can take the lincoln to jericho terrace. The only problem is that i will have one limo to take everyone home but then FH's parents car will be at the church, but i guess they could always get it the next day or after we get back...

i would just have the Bridal Party without guests in a limo, and you and your hubby in one car.

Everyone else can get their own ride...

like i said above, the limos do not come at the end of the night to pick you up...if you want that then you'll have to pay extra for that. Many limo companies will send a basic limo at the end of the night, but it is smaller.

Ok we're having 3 cars, but that's because the church is far from my house and then the reception hall is even further from the church. I'm going in one car with my parents, BMs in another, then GM and FH in a third.

Then after the church FH and I are going in the Phantom, then the BP will mix among the other two cars and the parents will most likely take their cars to RH (my parents are having my brother bring theirs to church).

Then at the end of the night we're the only ones getting a car home. The BP will ctach rides wiht others and we're hoping to have them figure that out way in advance so no one gets screwed the night of.

I am contemplating what to do for the parents after the wedding.

But as someone suggested before about the other guest.. it is a nice gesture but not expected.

The dates of the BP are most likely going to be the ones driving their cars to the RH that way we have plenty of cars there for people to come home in if need be.

I was trying to worry about everyone at one point. but my mom told me to chill out ..lol. She said that I can't worry about everyone & tpeople in the past figured out how to get home after a party they will figure it out now. (I have a lto of family that may be coming so I was stressed about travel & accommodations)

If enough people book my hotel though, at least I know thta I will have a shuttle back to the hotel!

PARTY BUS!!!! Me and the girls are going to the church in a limo the party bus is picking up the guys and then after the ceremony we are all going to the RH in THE PARTY BUS!!!

Check the hotel you are staying at that night. They may offer free shuttle from RH to hotel.

That's what I wanted to do, but FH is SOO obsessed with the phantom that he doesn't want to go with the rest of the BP.. He's a party pooper!!

MY FH talked me into it. He said it would be kind of boring going to the RH by ourselves. It would be like a preparty on the bus with everyone!!!!

Tell him the party will start that much early if you all go together!!!!!

Not to mention our drive from the church to the RH is close to an hour in traffic! I have to see if I can convince him although I HIGHLY doubt it!!

THis is what we are doing:

Escalade is picking up FH and GMs and dropping off at the church

Escalade is then Coming to pick up BM
Bentley is coming to pick my parents and me up.

After Church

BP is going in the Escalade, Parents are going into a Chrysler 300 and FH and I are in the Bentley.

At the end of the night we are having 1-2 limos come back for FH and I and the our parents and siblings. Everyone else in the BP is on their own with getting home as well as all other guests.

Hummer limo is picking up the men
1 limo is picking up FH parents and grandparents
Escalade is picking up my girls
1 limo for my grandparents
1 special car for me and my parents

then after church the hummer and Escalade for the BP and FH and I in the special car and then the FIL's in their limo and my parents in the limo with my grandparents.

At the end of the Night we will have 2 limos for my family and FH's family and a car for us.

I highly recommend CAMELOT!!!!! Joe was amazing and he will work it all out for you!!!
