need serious prayers

While working outside with fh today i stepped in a divit in the lawn and totally sprained my ankle. We just got home from er and i have to follow up with orthopedist. Cant put any pressure on it and im on crutches. My bachelorette party is THIS saturday!!!! And our wedding is in 19 days!!!!

Please pray that i heal fast and can walk and dance at the party and can walk and dance on our wedding day!!! Im so upset and cant stop crying.

Pleaseeeee i really need those liw prayers right now.

I can't even tell you how many times I've sprained my ankle - once or twice I did it so bad, that my doctor told me I would be in less pain if I broke it!

Ice it in 20 minute increments as much as you can ... Also, as painful as it may be, try writing out the alphabet with your ankle (move your ankle-with pointed toes, in the shape of each letter) in the morning, and at night. You should be in okay shape by Saturday, definitely back in dancing shape for your wedding! HTH

This isnt the first time ive sprained it. Probably the third or so. It just sucks!!! I sprained the right one really bad in november and was in one of those air boot thing that looks like a ski boot you pump up. That really helped in the healing process. Im going to try to get the orthopedist to prescibe one. This just sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it hurts!!!

I remember the air cast ... I hated that thing ... It's filled with air, it should be more comfy! lol

hope you are ok

if you need a good ortho - my fiance went to a foot specialist in great neck that was amazing (he broke his ankle so badly he needed surgery)....FM if you want the doctor's info

Thank you. I actually live way out east and have an orthopedist i use out here.

Thanks for prayers!!! Keep praying its a bad sprain they said and im in a walking ski boot thing. Ugggg my bparty is sat night!!!!!!!
