Have you tried DSW? They usually have a lot! Maybe take a trip out to the outlets and go to the shoe stores there.

DSW is having a huge sale and the one near Roosevelt Field has tons of Bridal shoes. Or if you are closer to the city you can go to My Glass Slipper (not too far from Union Square).
Good Luck! I think shoes have been harder to find than the dress. I have 4 pairs - I can't decide!

I would take a look at zappos.com. They have a huge selection of Wide shoes. Its free overnight shipping and free returns. I order from them many times and have never had a problem. I've even returned some shoes too and it was very simple.

try sandy's shoes in massapequa, they have a big selection and most of their shoes come in regular and wide width.

I suggest Sandy's also.
Even if they don't have what you picked out in your size / width, they'll order it for you AND give you a close enough size to take with you for your fitting. I did this and then just exhanged them for the right size when my shoes came in.
