So, hypothetically, if I'm going to have 20 hotel rooms booked (so 30-40 people) what is the best way to shuttle them back and forth to the RH? One of the hotels I looked into has a shuttle, but it only transports 10 people and I feel like making 3-4 round trips is kind of a lot considering it means people will be waiting. Is there a better way to do this?

If you are having limos, did you ask your limo company about getting a shuttle through them?

I'm going to Camelot to book limos this Wednesday, so I guess I can ask them when I do that.

I haven't started looking at limos, but I'm figuring I'll just get a shuttle through them. I would rather make 1 trip for the guests, than 2 or 3. Hopefully their prices are good!

I hired alert buses they were fabulous. SHuttled from hotel to receptoin and back 2 trips 40-50 in bus

We were going to look into a big bus and then we found out the hotel we are most likely blocking with will bring in 30 passenger buses for free. This is a HUGE savings for us if it all works out. We have to block close to 75 rooms!
The hotel has to bring these buses in -- check with your hotel if you fill your block they may be able to do something for you. Also ask them for a recommendation, if they don't cover you may be able to get a discount since it is a vendor the hotel uses!
