Need some BM alteration assistance

Hello ladies...I have a dilemma.

We just found out that my FSIL will be about 6 months pregnant at our wedding. She picked up her dress tonight and needs to get it altered. I know she's going to need more material. However, the place we ordered the dress from was a HUGE disappointment, so I advised her to get her dress the heII out of there!

My question is this...are there any places that you can recommend that will order the material from the designer and do the alterations? Plus, she only has 2 1/2 months to do all of this!
I'm not even sure how they will be able to determine how much material she will need! LOL

It is possible BUT you run the risk of it being a shade off because it will come from a different dye lot.

Try contacting the company yourself and explain the situation -- they might be able to send you the material directly.

Another option is go back to where you originally got the dress and see if they can rush order her a new one for just the rush price -- they can sell the orginial off the rack.

Or go to another bridal shop that carries the dress and see if they can help you.
